This is a very convenient resting place for those who want to enjoy the view of the town of Batu. Various activities can be done by staying in this villa.This villa was built in 1998 on a  hill, after about 2 years of development, this villa was inaugurated by the Minister of Youth and Sport who at the time chaired by Drs. Mahadi Sinambela.

Villa Holanda has 10 rooms, 5 rooms located 2^nd floor and 5 rooms on 3^rd  floor. 5 rooms are located on the 3^rd floor  terrace connected with which you can use as a place to relax while enjoying the beautiful town of Batu, Mount Arjuna, Mount Welirang, Mountaintop Semeru and Bromo. Also be seen from the terrace where is mountaintop Pujon  parachuting activities.

Each room contained  a sink and a bathroom equipped with hot and cold water.
